This letter serves as a confirmation that the Unemployment Insurance Fund through Human Resources Development utilised Very Cool Ideas (PTY) Ltd (VCI) to develop the Unemployment Insurance Act Training manual during 2016-2017 financial year. The contract started on the 14th of February and ended on the 31st May 2017.
The deliverables for the project were scoping the curriculum (Project), designing the tools and resources, developing the learning, facilitation tools and resources. The service provider also implemented train the trainer phase, conducted the pilot training, reviewed the learning material, facilitation tools and resources.
VCI scheduled consultative meetings with Training officials and subject matter experts (SME’s) to identify specific areas of review and use such information to review the learning programme. At the end of the project VCI piloted and conducted Train-The-Trainer workshop to capacitate officials on how to use the revised materials. The Fund is impressed with the service rendered by VCI during the project. They have been very professional, innovative, and knowledgeable and supported the team all the way. Our new learning programme material is user-friendly, colourful and professional.
The trainers have expressed that they would facilitate training with a lot of enthusiasm and confidence. Due to the exceptional service rendered by VCI, we would not hesitate to recommend them as a service provider to develop, review and amend learning programme material.
