Programme Overview
The Occupational Skills Programme: Assessment Practitioner equips learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience required to plan, conduct, evaluate, and administer assessments of learner competence in occupational and workplace environments.
Learners will develop the competence to conduct fair, valid, reliable, and consistent assessments in accordance with QCTO requirements. This programme is ideal for professionals responsible for assessing learners against occupational qualifications and skills programmes and forms part of the Occupational Certificate: Training and Development Practitioner (SAQA ID 101321).
Entry Requirements
· NQF Level 4 qualification with Communication.
· Learners should be competent in the occupational field in which they intend to conduct assessments.
