Learning Programme:
The Occupational Skills Programme: Learning and Development Facilitator equips learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience required to plan, prepare, facilitate, and evaluate learning interventions in occupational and workplace environments.
Learners will develop the competence to select and adapt learning resources, apply adult learning principles, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and support learners to achieve the required occupational outcomes. This programme replaces the legacy Facilitator (Train-the-Trainer) programme and forms part of the Occupational Certificate: Training and Development Practitioner (SAQA ID 101321).
Entry Requirements
· NQF Level 4 qualification with Communication.
· Access to a workplace or training environment is recommended for completing practical activities and workplace experience.
