Programme Overview
The Occupational Skills Programme: Workplace-Based Practitioner equips learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience required to effectively plan, facilitate, support, and administer workplace-based learning interventions.
This programme is ideal for organisations that implement learnerships, internships, apprenticeships, and workplace training initiatives. Learners develop the competence to facilitate experiential learning, support learners in the workplace, and contribute to organisational skills development in line with QCTO requirements.
Entry Requirements
· NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
· Access to a workplace where practical activities can be completed is recommended.
What You Will Learn
Learners will develop the ability to:
· Plan and prepare workplace-based learning interventions.
· Facilitate learning in an occupational environment.
· Support learners through structured workplace learning.
· Coordinate and administer workplace learning activities.
