The aim of this programme is to equip learners with the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required of a manager.
The skills, knowledge and understanding demonstrated within this qualification are essential for the creation of a talent pool of experienced and effective managers that represent the demographics of an African society.
The LIGHT Programme is intended to develop effective, ethical and informed, managers who can manage their team members.
The LIGHT Programme’s ethos will be a continuous theme running through all of the Skills Programmes and the respective workshops.

Learners attending the LIGHT Programme should be managers/supervisors with team members reporting to them. Learners wishing to enter the LIGHT Programme must satisfy the following pre-requisites:
