Learning Programme:
This skills programme is a must for learning programme designers and developers.
During this workshop we will learn how to design and develop outcomes-based learning programmes in line with ETQA/Quality Council requirements from completing the curriculum framework to developing a full learner guide and learner work-book with an accompanying facilitator guide.
Learners attending this workshop must be able to communicate in writing at NQF Level 04 or the equivalent.
Learners must have full access to a computer/laptop, they must also have access to the internet for research purposes.

• Draft learning outcomes for the programme
• Conduct analysis for learning design
• Design the learning programme
• Draft a brief for the development of the learning programme
• Evaluate learning design
• Plan and prepare for development
• Develop learning materials
• Develop learning facilitation guidelines
• Pilot and evaluate the development
• Plan and prepare for the evaluation
• Collect and record data
• Analyse and interpret data
• Compile an evaluation report
• Review the evaluation process
• Use writing skills for specific purposes, audiences and contexts
• Access, process, re-organise, and synthesise information in order to present it.
• Draft and edit texts
