Learning Programme:
Good facilitation is the ability to harness the best out of learners and steer them towards pre-determined outcomes.
This programme is recommended for trainers, educators, instructors and anyone that wishes to facilitate learning. This programme will help you brush up on your facilitation skills as we identify learning styles, facilitation methods and discuss the dos and don’ts of facilitation and managing group dynamics.
Learners attending this workshop must be able to communicate at NQF Level 04 or the equivalent.
No prerequisites required

• Plan and prepare for facilitation
• Facilitate learning
• Evaluate learning and facilitation
This programme is aimed at Trainers, Facilitators, Learnership Coordinators, Managers, Coaches and anyone who presents/facilitates
training and needs to know and understand how to transfer learning/knowledge, group dynamics & how groups operate.
